Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Nth Ledger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all versions of the app on all platforms.

Description of Service

Nth Ledger is an AI-powered receipt scanning and expense tracking app for iPhone. Features include AI receipt parsing, multi-currency expense tracking, a spending dashboard, PDF export, and cloud sync. Some features require an active paid subscription (Personal or Business).

Free Trial

When you start a Personal or Business subscription, eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. The trial is part of an auto-renewing subscription: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple Account is charged. You can cancel anytime in the App Store > Settings > Subscriptions; if you cancel during the trial you are not charged and move to the free tier, which includes core tracking with monthly limits on AI scans and manual entries. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary.

Subscriptions

• Personal includes a higher monthly AI receipt scan allowance, unlimited manual entries, per-category budgets, custom categories, and PDF & CSV export. Business includes everything in Personal, an even higher monthly AI receipt scan allowance, plus business-focused features such as marking expenses business or personal, tax-year deduction reports, and mileage tracking.
• Personal is available at $5.99 / month or $59.99 / year. Business is available at $11.99 / month or $119.99 / year.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store > Settings > Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Account

An account is required to use Nth Ledger. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@nthledger.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

• You may use Nth Ledger for lawful personal or business expense tracking.
• You may not use the app to process, store, or transmit data that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend services.
• You may not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Nth Ledger is owned by or licensed to NthCube. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal or internal business purposes. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nth Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted receipt data will be accurate. Always verify expense details before submitting to any financial or tax authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NthCube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nth Ledger, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the 'Last updated' date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NthCube is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
